Toni

I started cycling at the age of 14, and after that I have always been into it. I properly understood the importance of training and nutrition when I was 16, realizing their significant impact on my performance, health, development, and recovery. Since then, if I'm not cycling, you'll likely find me reading books and studies about coaching and nutrition.

I have worked with several coaches, but I've repeatedly faced the same challenge: coaches often limit me from my favorite exercises and include in my program exercises that I don't enjoy as much. However, the joy of physical activity is central to my life, but at the same time, I want to develop as strong an athlete as possible. But I don't want to sacrifice the joy that sports bring. For this reason, I have dedicated time to studying training and nutrition in depth, to understand what happens in the body during training.

In sports coaching, I am hugely interested in the changes that occur at the cellular level, energy metabolism and the function of muscles and the nervous system. My interest in is not limited to just sports coaching and nutrition. I am also interested in the mechanisms of biological aging and the impact of lifestyle on health. The psychological aspect of humans is also a huge interest of mine, as it ultimately affects everything the most. With this understanding, I have been able to choose exercises that are both developmental and enjoyable for me.

With sufficient study and passion, I am now ready to offer everyone the opportunity to practice their favorite exercises in a way that maximizes their development. Coaching is a great passion and interest for me, in addition to competing. I am very excited to now be able to offer my coaching knowledge to everyone.
